    Lasted Four Years Like a Work Horse – Wish I Had Known About Over-Pressurized K-Cups Earlier! We received one of these for Christmas as a present from our children 4 years ago. We used it daily and probably brewed thousands of cups of coffee with it. Just recently, it began leaking, sputtering, and taking forever to brew a single cup of coffee. We tried everything online to fix it — cleaning filters, descaling with vinegar, cleaning top needle hole out with paper clips, turning it upside down and “burping” it, turning it off to reset it, etc., etc. The frustrating thing was that the “Rinse” and “Hot Water” cycles ran fine. It just wouldn’t work when you tried to make coffee. After taking it completely apart, in a last ditch effort to make it work, pieces were everywhere and I decided to buy a new 780 model. I’ll let you know how that goes on the 780 model review site. However, while researching the 780, I came across reviews that indicated part of the problem when the machine leaks, sputters, and is slow to brew, is the K-Cups themselves. Sure enough,…
